Online shopping is super convenient, but what if you change your mind after you’ve bought something?

While we always try to get it right, we’re only human and sometimes the way we display or write about our products doesn’t match your expectations when you receive your order. That’s why we offer store credit! Within 7 days of delivery, if you change your mind, then drop the unused product in the mail and make sure we receive it within 14 days of when it was delivered to you.

We’re sorry we can’t pay for return shipping or refund your original shipping. And, since we have no control over shipping mishaps or damages, we can’t accept responsibility if it arrives to you with any kind of damages, or doesn’t get back to us if you return it. That’s why we highly recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking if you send it back to us so we both can confirm its arrival or find out where it got delivered to if the post office messes things up.

Once we get the item back, we’ll email you your store credit. The best part is store credit never expires and can be used anytime while shopping online at www.allisonsapiaries.com.

The really crucial thing you have to know: We hold a high standard for the goods we sell, and that we try to resell upon return. Since honey and pollen are consumed by people as food, we must insist that the item be undamaged and in its original condition with labels and any seals intact. All returned items are inspected and anything that’s been damaged, opened, or is missing labels will receive no credit.
