Ingredients
- 4 breast halves boneless skinless Florida chicken sliced thin lengthwise into 8 strips
- 1 tablespoon Florida honey
- 1 tablespoon Florida orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon Florida orange juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions
- Thread the chicken slices onto the skewers, leaving room at the bottom.
- Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make marinade.
- Marinate skewers for a minimum of one hour and grill or bake (375 degrees) until completely done.
- Serve warm.
