Honey Orange Glazed Florida Grouper
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine all ingredients except grouper, mixing well.
  3. Place fillets on an oiled broiler pan and brush fillets with honey glaze to cover.
  4. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes until browned.
  5. Turn fillets, brush with honey glaze and broil additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Recipe Notes

This glaze is also great on chicken and pork chops. Add salt for more flavor and use 1/8 cup corn starch to thicken the sauce.

Florida Honey and Citrus Glazed Chicken Skewers
Instructions
  1. Thread the chicken slices onto the skewers, leaving room at the bottom.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make marinade.
  3. Marinate skewers for a minimum of one hour and grill or bake (375 degrees) until completely done.
